Deposit/Cancellation Policy: We require
a 25% deposit upon booking. The full balance
is
due 60 days prior to arrival. If you cancel BEFORE
60 days of your arrival you will be refunded
your entire deposit MINUS a $150 administrative
fee. We recommend and sell Travel Insurance.
